Clinical and Radiographic Findings

The patient reported mild swelling of the anterior buccal mandible mandible (Figures 1 & 2). It is of unknown duration and is asymptomatic. Clinical examination revealed slight expansion of the anterior buccal vestibule. All the anterior teeth tested vital.
